Hello, I am Kylie and I am so glad you are here.

I love sharing EFT with women who are struggling to find balance amidst midlife’s joys and challenges. My hand on heart promise is that EFT can help calm your nervous system and heal emotional wounds that are stopping you from feeling a sense of meaning and fulfillment in your life.

While I had practiced EFT before, the pandemic took my experience of using it effectively to an entirely new level.

Just like you, I experienced never been felt before levels of stress and anxiety as we watched the world being taken down by the mystery virus.  I felt like fuel had been added to my menopause symptoms, which were already challenging to manage. Joining a free online weekly tapping group, led by an amazing practitioner, Falguni Mather, changed my life. Week after week I logged in to the zoom session feeling stressed and convinced the world was ending and logged out an hour later feeling calmer and more hopeful. I could physically and emotionally feel the difference in my body and mind. 

The pandemic didn’t change during those sessions, but the way I related to it did. It felt like magic, and to be honest it still does.

 

In addition to over stimulating my nervous system, the pandemic intensified my life long yearning to find a deeper level of life meaning and purpose.  I had searched for guidance everywhere, in books and through experts, using all kinds of self-care techniques and spiritual learnings.  I had achieved success in my finance career, had helped improve the lives of those who needed it most in my non-profit work, experienced amazing travel and culture, felt connected to and loved by my family and friends and yet I remained unfulfilled at this deeper level.

Finding meaning and purpose in my life started with healing the parts of myself that kept me in a constant state of emotional reactivity.

The truth is that while I presented myself well and enjoyed a level of happiness, my inner voice constantly critiqued all parts of my life, leaving me fearful and unsatisfied. I never felt like I was doing enough. I had always rationalized that if I could only find my purpose, everything would feel easier and more fulfilling. 

Like many of us, I linked my worth to my actions and achievements. Some people love wealth or professional success. For me it made me feel good to help others. This led me to non-profit work which I am so honored to have done, but I was never satisfied …there was always more to be done. I was emotionally exhausted without a way to recharge.

Practicing EFT created a level of safety and ease in my body and mind that I had never experienced before.


Using EFT, both on my own and with the help of mentors and fellow student practitioners, we gently traced origins of emotional triggers that were popping up in my daily life. They helped me become aware of and process beliefs that had unknowingly woven a suffocating web around me. I began to observe thoughts and feelings, without being caught up in them. Negative self-talk began to disappear and a more loving voice emerged. I became kinder to myself and others. I became braver and more curious. Expressing love more easily, asserting personal boundaries more kindly.

EFT has changed how I experience life, allowing me to live more authentically. ​

I now feel less of a gap between my thoughts and actions being aligned as an expression of my personal values.  And I trust my body sensations and emotions to alert me when I am out of alignment. Negative emotions still happen often, but I no longer fear them and I don’t live with a constant fear of not doing enough. I now have a tool to help me find my way back to my own truth and ease. And the best part is that I can use this tool anytime, anywhere on anything….and it works! 

My Training

I am an EFT International accredited Level 1 & 2 clinical EFT Practitioner, with specialized training in Matrix Reimprinting, EFT Level 3, trauma-informed EFT, and facilitating group work. My practice is enriched by extensive ongoing personal and professional study of EFT and other somatic and energy-based healing modalities, ensuring a well-rounded and informed approach to supporting you.
